Care Quality Commission registered supported living provider?

I have been contacted by a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered supported living provider seeking to enter a corporate lease.
As I am new to the concept, I wonder if anyone in the group has had such experiences.
Is it something worth considering?
What happens if there are antisocial behaviours in the property?
Will I be responsible for sorting out the problems?
What are my obligations?
Will the provider return the property in good condition when the lease ends?
Many thanks
SP
Editor’s note: In supported living, CQC regulates care services, not the accommodation. Registration does not guarantee the provider’s performance under your lease. Care Quality Commission Before signing, have a solicitor check responsibilities for antisocial behaviour, repairs, damage and the property’s condition at handback, and confirm mortgage, insurance and licensing requirements.
