Fine & Country YouTube channel reaches 200,000 subscribers

Estate agency network Fine & Country has reached 200,000 subscribers on its YouTube channel, doubling its audience within 12 months.

The network’s channel generated more than nine million views, almost 300,000 hours of watch time and 74.3 million impressions during the year to July 2026, according to the company.

Fine & Country attributed the growth to its Luxury Home Tour Series, which features high-end properties from across its network. The video content strategy comes as international buyers increasingly dominate the prime property market, particularly in major cities.

Video content strategy

Sophie Davies, head of social media and content at Fine & Country, said: “Reaching 200,000 subscribers in just a year is a fantastic achievement and reflects the strength of our video-first approach.”

Davies said the growth demonstrated that high-quality video content had become an increasingly important part of marketing premium property.

Emilie Despois, chief marketing officer at Fine & Country, said: “To double our YouTube audience in just 12 months is an exceptional achievement and highlights the growing influence of video within the luxury property sector.”

The company’s digital marketing expansion mirrors broader shifts in the property sector, where online platforms have reshaped how agents market properties.

Future plans

Fine & Country said it planned to continue expanding its video content to support the marketing of properties across its global network. Despois noted that the growing audience provided opportunities to extend the network’s reach and build partnerships with premium brands.

The estate agency network operates across multiple countries, with the YouTube channel serving as a marketing tool for properties represented by agents in its network.
