“Tim is a highly respected public finance lawyer whose deep experience across affordable housing, economic development, health care and government financings aligns closely with several of our strategic growth priorities,” said Catherine Romanchek, leader of the firm’s public and infrastructure finance practice. “His arrival further enhances our nationally recognized public finance platform, particularly in the affordable housing sector, where demand for sophisticated counsel continues to grow.”
“I am thrilled to join Squire Patton Boggs,” said Bramwell, who started on Wednesday. “The strength, depth and longstanding tradition of excellence of the firm’s public finance platform, commitment to client service, and growing national affordable housing practice make it an ideal fit for my practice.”
Bramwell is expected to advise on public finance, healthcare finance, and related securities and tax matters, representing issuers, underwriters, trustees, financial institutions and borrowers in a wide range of transactions, including public bond offerings and private placements.
Bramwell’s former position was co-chair of public finance at Akerman LLP.
Bramwell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University, and a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of Florida.
