RAW Capital Partners delivers record lending before year end
RAW Capital Partners has already exceeded the value of mortgages completed in 2025, making 2026 a record year with still two months of business remaining.
This announcement comes a month after the specialist lender revealed it had passed the £250m lending milestone, which it attributed to its funding stability from its own RAW Mortgage Fund during the volatile year.
The Guernsey-based lender provides bespoke mortgages to foreign nationals and UK expats investing in UK buy-to-let (BTL) property.
In December last year, it expanded to lend to UK residents, and this year, it launched its bridging proposition.
RAW Capital Partners said changes to its policy for lending on new builds and allowing overpayments had led to increased demand for its proposition, and to support this growth, it appointed Andy Cameron as business development executive.
Cameron has five years of experience in financial services and will be based in London.

Ben Nichols (pictured), CEO of RAW Capital Partners, said: “For the second year in a row, we’ve surpassed the previous year’s lending volumes, and again we’ve done it with time to spare. This is particularly pleasing given the broader economic and geopolitical landscape, which continues to present challenges for buy-to-let investors and brokers.
“In light of these challenges, a key focus for RAW over the past year has been diversifying our offering; the recent launch of our bridging proposition is a perfect example. We have also sought ways to improve product features and processes, reducing friction for brokers and borrowers.
“To that end, the entire RAW team deserves a huge amount of credit. From our growing sales team to our experienced underwriters, there’s a great deal of dedication that goes into achieving consistent year-on-year growth. We’ve a talented, motivated group, and given the underlying strength of the RAW Mortgage Fund, we’re in a real position of strength to kick on from here and achieve more growth.”
