ATLANTA – Oct. 6, 2026 – PRLog — Liberia Economic Development Initiative (LEDI) is proud to announce that acclaimed broadcast journalist and talk show host Portia Bruner will serve as the Mistress of Ceremonies for its 11th Annual LEDI International Life Changers Awards and Fundraising Gala, taking place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the Marriott Gateway Hotel Atlanta Airport, located at 2020 Convention Center Concourse, Atlanta, GA 30337.
Bruner, a Howard University alumnus with more than 20 years of television journalism experience, is the host of the nationally distributed lifestyle talk show “Portia” on FOX 5 Atlanta and FOX SOUL. Known for her uplifting storytelling, community advocacy, and candid discussions surrounding wellness, family, and empowerment, Bruner brings a compelling and dynamic presence to the gala stage.
