District & County Investments expands team
District & County Investments (DCI), the bridging and development finance lender, has appointed Sukhen Jotangia as loan manager and Emily Bell to its sales support team.
Jotangia (pictured, right) joins DCI with extensive commercial and real estate finance experience, most recently working as portfolio manager at Reliance Bank following eight years at RBS Commercial Banking.
His role will be to support business development managers (BDMs) with underwriting while managing relationships with borrowers throughout lending process.
Bell (pictured, left) joined DCI in August from specialist lender Breeze Capital, having previously worked at Hope Capital and Lloyds Banking Group.
She will support BDMs and loan managers across new applications and enquiries.
The appointments add further resources across DCI’s sales and lending functions as the lender continues to grow its bridging and development finance business.

Michael Clifford, commercial director at DCI, said: “As we grow, we want to make sure the infrastructure behind our lending grows with us. We have ambitious plans for DCI, but it is important that we do that without losing the personal and flexible approach that has helped build the business.”
Over the summer, the lender hired Ben Lavelle as its BDM for the North West of England.
