StoneX to Buy Colombian Coffee Trader Integra

StoneX Group Inc. has agreed to buy Integra Trading S.A.S., a Colombian coffee trader, exporter and mill operator, giving its physical commodities business its own presence in a key coffee-growing country. StoneX announced the definitive agreement today.

The deal runs through StoneX’s Switzerland-based trading entity, and Integra will be integrated into StoneX Supply & Trading, the group’s physical commodities arm. StoneX did not disclose the price, expected closing date, conditions or regulatory approvals, according to its release.

Integra, founded in 2015 and led by Manuel Rueda, is a licensed exporter that owns a certified processing mill near Medellín in Antioquia, Colombia. A mill, or bean processor, prepares harvested coffee for export. Its certifications include Organic, Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade USA.

The rationale is control of the supply chain. StoneX says the purchase gives it direct origination, meaning sourcing at the producing end, and processing, plus more access to Arabica, the higher-grade coffee species, within an origin-to-end-market platform.

StoneX also expects the transaction to be immediately accretive, meaning it should add to earnings from the start, supporting higher volumes and better margins.

Brent Grecian, CEO of StoneX Supply and Trading, said: “Integra gives StoneX a “boots on the ground” presence at origin in Colombia, a licensed exporter, an owned processing mill, and a team with deep grower relationships. It’s a natural extension of our physical coffee business, and it’s expected to contribute from day one while giving our clients a more direct, traceable, and sustainable supply chain.”

Rueda, Integra’s founder, said: “Joining StoneX gives our business the capital, platform, and global reach to grow well beyond what we could achieve on our own. We’re keeping our team and our origination model intact while gaining direct access to end-user clients around the world.”

The purchase is the latest of several StoneX deals this year. The group agreed to buy Advanced Marketing Group on 18 August 2026 and Banco Travelex on 12 August 2026.

For brokers and platform vendors, the deal shows a Nasdaq-listed multi-asset group adding physical commodity businesses beside its risk-management and client network, so StoneX competes in physical supply chains as well as in trading.
