AI Agents and MCP for Property Data

The session explains the technology behind ATTOM’s MCP Server and three specialist AI Agents, along with practical examples of how organizations can use these solutions.
The webinar begins with an overview of the three pillars of ATTOM Intelligence: AI-ready data, AI-powered analytics, and AI-native delivery and agentic solutions. Together, these capabilities provide structured property data, analytical models, and flexible ways for AI systems to access information and produce useful results.
A central theme of the session is the importance of grounding AI responses in trusted data. Much of the information needed for property analysis, including assessor records, deeds, valuations, permits, and transaction histories, is not readily available on the open web. ATTOM Intelligence allows AI systems to retrieve property information directly from an identifiable source when a question is asked.
The webinar explains that the ATTOM MCP Server provides a structured connection between AI systems and ATTOM property data. Organizations can use MCP to bring property characteristics, ownership, valuation, tax, transaction, foreclosure, school, comparable sales, community, and risk data into their existing AI applications and workflows.
The session also introduces three specialist AI Agents. The Property & Place Insights Agent provides information about a specific property or location. The Data Analyst Agent answers natural-language questions about markets and portfolios, including trends, counts, rankings, and comparisons. The Report Generation Agent creates detailed property reports that can be delivered in HTML, JSON, or Markdown.
Live demonstrations show how ATTOM MCP can work within an AI assistant to answer property questions and how the three specialist agents complete different types of tasks. The examples highlight the distinction between using MCP to retrieve data and build an answer within an organization’s own system and using an ATTOM agent to return a finished result.
Overall, the webinar demonstrates how ATTOM Intelligence makes trusted property data more accessible to AI-powered applications and workflows. MCP gives organizations a standards-based way to connect their own systems to ATTOM data, while the specialist agents provide property insights, market analysis, and reports without requiring customers to build those capabilities themselves.
