Sam’s Club Picks InComm Deals and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 9/22/26 – Digital Transactions
- InComm Payments said Sam’s Club, a unit of Walmart Inc., will use its InComm Generated Offers service to create personalized digital offers that are authenticated and redeemed in real time at the checkout.
- Banking services provider Finzly said it received certification for request for payment transactions on the RTP network, an Early Warning Services LLC real-time payments service.
- Fifty-seven percent of consumers have used Zelle’s person-to-person payment service to split the cost of a date during or after the meetup, Zelle said. It surveyed 1,800 individuals no older than 45 years old who had dated in the past year.
- ScriptSafe launched its payment certification for pharmacies service, which daily checks a pharmacy’s Web site to ensure the prescription requirement remains displayed, its product listings have not changed, and licenses and board standings are current. Processor Worldpay accepts its certification, ScriptSafe said.
- Cryptocurrency exchange OKX introduced OKX Shield, technology aimed at guarding against third-party account takeover. In the event of a takeover, the move includes the potential for customers to be paid back up to 500,000 euros ($572,910).
- Binance, operator of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has entered into a five-year commercial agreement with Circle Internet Group Inc. that includes a $100 million equity investment in Circle.
- Payments provider GoCardless announced it has processed what it says is the first agentic account-to-account transaction in the United Kingdom. The transaction was a donation through its Web site for Trussell, a food-bank charity.
- Payments-technology provider CPI Card Group Inc. said it will work with Bankjoy, a provider of digital-banking technology, to allow Bankjoy’s client banks to offer CPI Push Provisioning. The service allows bank customers to add debit and credit cards to digital wallets directly from a bank app or online portal.
- Fintech mCards Inc. launched Neobankify, a set of technologies to support financial products, including cards, payments, and rewards, for companies, associations, and membership organizations.
