A key development behind the market’s interest in Apollo Micro Systems is the sharp expansion in its order book. The company’s order book increased from Rs 735 crore in Q1FY26 to Rs 1,704 crore in Q1FY27.
For investors, the larger order pipeline provides visibility on future business, although the pace at which the company converts these orders into revenue and maintains margins will remain important.

The brokerage has also pointed to opportunities in areas such as loitering munitions, unmanned aerial vehicles, directed energy weapons and hypersonic vehicles. These programs could open up additional opportunities for companies providing specialised electronics, guidance, control and embedded technology solutions.
Apollo Micro Systems Share Price Target
ICICI Direct has given Apollo Micro Systems a 12-month target price of Rs 485 per share. The brokerage has based its valuation on 60 times its estimated consolidated FY28 earnings and has additionally assigned Rs 67 per share to Premier Explosives.
At Rs 405.65, the stock is currently below the brokerage’s stated target, with investors likely to track the company’s order wins, execution of the existing order book and progress on the expected FY27 orders.
