Arvind SmartSpaces shares rally 11% as bookings cross Rs 500 crore in Bengaluru project
The company said bookings for the project crossed Rs 500 crore within 30 days of its launch, translating into approximately 60% inventory absorption by value. Arvind SmartSpaces acquired the project on an outright basis in February 2026, with an estimated topline potential of around Rs 860 crore.
Located on Sarjapur Road, one of Bengaluru’s key residential and commercial growth corridors, Arvind Sylva offers connectivity to major employment hubs, including the Outer Ring Road, Electronic City and Whitefield.
Spread across 4.7 acres, the project comprises around 375 premium residences and has been designed with a nature-focused theme. According to the company, more than 70% of the development will comprise open spaces, alongside over 1,000 varieties of flora, a 15,000+ sq ft clubhouse and more than 40 curated lifestyle amenities.
Commenting on the launch performance, Priyansh Kapoor, Managing Director & CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, said the project is the company’s largest vertical development launched so far. He added that the booking response validates the company’s market selection and its move into the premium high-rise segment.
Arvind SmartSpaces, part of the Lalbhai Group, has a real estate development portfolio spanning approximately 100.1 million sq ft, according to the company. Established in 2008, the Ahmedabad-headquartered developer operates across multiple real estate markets in India.

Following Wednesday’s sharp rise, Arvind SmartSpaces shares have gained around 18% over the past week, highlighting strong momentum in the stock. The company currently has a market capitalisation of around Rs 2,705 crore, while its 52-week high stands at Rs 707.85.On the valuation front, the stock is currently trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 14.3 and a price-to-book (P/B) ratio of 2.94.
From a technical perspective, Arvind SmartSpaces is trading above all eight key simple moving averages (SMAs), indicating strong price momentum across the tracked moving-average periods.
