Redcliffe turns investors’ heads as the peninsula heats up
The Moreton Bay suburb has been included in SPI’s FAST 50 report, which identifies 50 Australian suburbs tipped for growth over the next 12 months using a combination of property data and expert investor insight.
Its position on the Redcliffe Peninsula has given the suburb a distinct mix of beachside living and established urban convenience.
Schools, shopping centres, parks, and recreational facilities have supported demand from families, retirees and owner-occupiers, while established housing and newer developments have kept the market varied.
Redcliffe is also heading into its next phase of investment, with major projects approved and underway across the peninsula.
The $19.5 million Suttons Beach Pavilion redevelopment is revitalising the foreshore, while broader spending on coastal protection, active transport, roads and public spaces is set to strengthen amenity and connectivity across the area.
That investment comes as the local market continues to record solid growth, with Redcliffe recording a median price of $892,000, with values rising 11.2 per cent over the past 12 months.
Rental demand has also remained firm, with a median weekly rent of $600 producing a gross rental yield of 3.5 per cent.
For investors, Redcliffe offers exposure to an established coastal market within the wider Moreton Bay growth story, with strong recent performance and continued investment supporting its longer-term prospects.
