MSP Capital appoints Midlands BDM
MSP Capital has appointed former Shawbrook director Tom Edmunds as lead business development manager (BDM) for the Midlands.
His appointment forms part of MSP Capital’s ongoing growth strategy as the business expands its geographical reach while strengthening its relationships with mortgage brokers and intermediaries across the UK.
Edmunds (pictured) joins the lender with more than 10 years’ experience in bridging and development finance, having worked closely with brokers, developers, investors and project partners on a wide range of transactions.
At Shawbrook Bank, Edmunds was relationship director tasked with supporting property professionals on the funding requirements needed to bring projects to life.
