Corpay Settles with the FTC and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 9/21/26 – Digital Transactions
- In a proposed settlement, the payment platform Corpay Inc. agreed to pay $100 million to the Federal Trade Commission to resolve FTC allegations that the company had used false marketing and unfair billing practices. The proposal is subject to final approval from the FTC after a period of public comment.
- Payroc World Access LLC’s BlueSnap processing unit has launched its Yearly Running Balance Report, which it says presents merchants with a consolidated view of financial activity impacting their balances with respect to regions and payout currencies.
- ShredPay, a stablecoin and digital asset management platform, said it joined the Jack Henry & Associates Inc. Fintech Integration Network.
- Hong Kong-based Yeahka Ltd. announced its YeahPay payments platform is working with Stripe to extend its online-acquiring capability to seven markets, including the United States and Canada.
- Also out of Hong Kong comes stablecoin platform Reap’s announcement of Reap Sentry, a service aimed at attacking global card fraud.
- U.S. cross-border payments-technology startup Eficyent, which began operating in 2022, announced it has crossed $10 billion in total payment volume.
