Stocks To Watch On Monday, September 21: Tata Group, Adani Group, Lenskart, Mazagon Dock, RVNL, Maruti Suzuki

The market will open the week tomorrow after a sixth straight weekly loss for the Nifty. On Friday the Nifty rose 75.80 points to settle at 23,346.40, while the Sensex slipped 19.63 points to end at 74,294.96.
One fresh worry for Monday is US President Donald Trump signing the Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act on September 18. It gives his administration authority to impose tariffs of up to 100% on top buyers of Russian oil and gas, including India and China.

Brent crude was also around $103 a barrel on Friday.
Here are all the stocks are going to be in focus on monday
Tata group stocks
Tata Sons is currently in focus. RBI rejected Tata Sons’ application to give up its NBFC registration and the board then voted to reappoint N Chandrasekaran for a third five-year term. Noel Tata cast the only vote against, and the Trusts, which hold 66% of Tata Sons, called the resolution a legal nullity.
TCS fell 4.35% last week to Rs 2,105 and Titan lost 4.21% to Rs 4,798.50. Tata Motors, Tata Steel and Tata Chemicals will also be in focus.
Adani group stocks
Adani Total Gas jumped 12.03% to Rs 657.60 on Friday and Adani Ports rose 4.93% to Rs 1,824, after Jefferies kept Buy ratings on Adani Power, Adani Green Energy, Adani Energy Solutions and Adani Ports. Its target prices are Rs 270 for Adani Power, Rs 2,060 for Adani Energy Solutions, Rs 1,695 for Adani Green and Rs 2,160 for Adani Ports.
Lenskart
Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust is set to sell a stake of about 1.7% (up to 3 crore shares) through a block deal worth around Rs 2,047 crore.
The floor price of Rs 682.45 is a discount of about 3.5% to Friday’s close of Rs 706.60, when the stock rose 3.94%. Buyers face a 90-day lock-up.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders
The defence PSU signed an MoU with NSHIP-AP to develop a greenfield shipyard at Dugarajapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. It plans to invest about Rs 15,000 crore over five to seven years, subject to approvals.
RVNL
The company received a Letter of Acceptance worth Rs 404.88 crore from East Coast Railway on September 18, with a 912-day execution period.
Maruti Suzuki
The company crossed 1 million cumulative vehicle dispatches through its in-plant railway sidings at Hansalpur and Manesar. It plans to raise rail’s share of dispatches to 35% by FY31 from 26.5% in FY26, with a new siding at Kharkhoda.
HCL Technologies
The board meets on October 12 to consider the Q2 FY27 results and a third interim dividend.
Bharat Electronics and NMDC
BEL said it has secured fresh orders worth Rs 648 crore since August 26. NMDC has set a net zero target for operational emissions by 2047, covering scope 1 and scope 2 emissions.
