VulcanForms Appoints Jeff Hemenway Chief Revenue Officer to Accelerate Growth

Manufacturing and growth veteran joins VulcanForms to lead global go-to-market operations as the company scales its digital-first manufacturing platform for commercial, medical, aerospace, defense and industrial customers

BOSTON, Sept. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — VulcanForms, an MIT-born, advanced digital manufacturing company, today announced that Jeff Hemenway has joined the company as chief revenue officer, effective immediately. Hemenway will lead VulcanForms’ commercial strategy and growth, focusing on expanding strategic customer partnerships, accelerating market adoption and helping customers use advanced manufacturing technologies to transform how critical products are designed, produced and scaled.

Hemenway brings more than 35 years of executive leadership and commercial experience across aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, automotive, medical and other technology industries. Most recently, as vice president of sales at Hadrian, he helped build and scale the advanced manufacturing company’s commercial organization and develop strategic partnerships across the aerospace and public-sector markets. Earlier, at Stratasys, he served as senior vice president of global industry sales after developing a key customer program that expanded partnerships across multiple business segments.

Hemenway’s appointment comes as VulcanForms continues to expand production capacity and build on the leadership team CEO Kevin Kassekert has assembled since taking the helm in 2024.

“Jeff has spent his career building trusted relationships with market-leading companies and turning complex customer requirements into scalable commercial opportunities,” said Kevin Kassekert, chief executive officer of VulcanForms. “He understands how to connect differentiated technology and manufacturing capabilities with the needs of sophisticated customers to create lasting strategic partnerships and enterprise value. Jeff will be instrumental in scaling our commercial organization and deepening those partnerships as we take on larger, more complex programs.”

“What attracted me to VulcanForms is the opportunity to transform the path from optimized design through scaled production,” Hemenway said. “By integrating advanced design and engineering with automated manufacturing technology and scaled production, VulcanForms will help customers optimize part performance, accelerate industrialization, ensure quality and reduce supply chain risk. I’m excited to build the strategic partnerships that bring these capabilities to our customers’ most important programs and create meaningful, long-term value for both our customers and VulcanForms.”
