Charlie Puth Sells Montecito Mansion Where He Married Brooke Sansone for $18M

Singer Charlie Puth has offloaded the Montecito mansion where he and Brooke Sansone tied the knot, selling the sprawling estate for $18.5 million.

The off-market deal closed in July but was only recently made public, as first reported by The Real Deal.
Puth, 34, purchased the property in 2017 for $4.17 million; the $18.5 million sale price is more than four times his original purchase price nearly a decade later.

Spanning 5,920 square feet, the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence is tucked behind gates and surrounded by mature greenery, offering plenty of privacy in the sought-after California enclave.
Inside, the home boasts hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, and custom fixtures.

According to The Real Deal, the buyer is a limited liability company tied to John Jarve, a partner at venture capital firm Menlo Ventures and founder of Sierra Point Capital.

Beyond serving as one of Puth’s longtime properties, the Montecito mansion also holds special significance for the singer and Sansone, who chose the estate as the setting for their 2024 wedding after two years of dating.

“We chose the Puth family residence because we just knew Montecito would offer the perfect backdrop,” the couple told Vogue.

Sansone also opened up about the vision behind their celebration, explaining that she wanted to strike a balance between classic elegance and more playful touches.

“I wanted our wedding to marry tradition with modern unconventionality. I wanted each detail to feel relaxed yet perfectly, thoughtfully curated. Serving mini hotdogs on silver platters, for example, was more than just a fun detail. It was a reflection of my love for styles that blend the refined with the playful,” she said.

The $18.5 million transaction is the latest in a string of California real estate deals involving the singer-songwriter.

In May, Puth sold a Studio City property for $2.1 million after initially asking $2.9 million for the residence. He had purchased the home in 2021 for $1.5 million.

Puth also parted ways with his Trousdale Estates property in 2024—the same year he and Sansone exchanged vows in Montecito.

He sold that residence for $9 million, the same amount he paid for it in 2017.
