Fifth Third Bank Expands Offices at 50 Rockefeller Plaza
Tishman Speyer announced that Fifth Third Bank has expanded its offices at 50 Rockefeller Plaza at Rockefeller Center, increasing its footprint at the building to 32,347 square feet. Fifth Third Bank first leased space at Rockefeller Center in October 2022 and has now expanded by nearly 11,000 square feet. The expansion is coterminous with the bank’s existing lease through February 2034.
“Fifth Third Bank’s expansion is a strong endorsement of the workplace experience we continue to build across the Rockefeller Center campus,” said EB Kelly, Senior Managing Director at Tishman Speyer and Head of Rockefeller Center. “Since joining the campus in 2022, Fifth Third has become a valued part of our community, and we’re pleased to support their continued growth in New York.”
In the lease transaction, Fifth Third Bank was represented by Joe Cabrera, Kevin Torch and Michael Ciotta. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Blythe Kinsler.
