The weighted average origination LTV was 61.5%, compared with 60% in FY25. The indexed weighted average LTV remained low at 56.6%, up slightly from 55.8% last financial year.
Arrears fell to 4.3%, down from 5.5% the previous year.
Together said it continued to focus on core specialist lending markets where customer demand remains strong and risk-adjusted returns are attractive.
The lender launched a targeted semi-commercial proposition, which it described as an attractive adjacent growth market.
It invested in sales, operations, data and insight capabilities to improve service levels and customer outcomes.
Together also reported £1.1bn of facility headroom and £440m of accessible liquidity, which it said would support future lending growth.
Executive leadership changes
Within Together’s personal finance division, John Hooper, currently a non-executive director, will take on the role of board chair, with effect from 1 October. This was part of a planned succession from Richard Gregory, after an eight-year term.
