FxPro Launches Weekend Trading in Gold, Oil, Silver, Gas and Nasdaq | LeapRate

FxPro, the multi-asset online broker, has rolled out weekend trading across a select range of commodities and indices, allowing clients to keep positions active in some of the world’s most closely watched markets even after the traditional trading week has ended.

The new offering, branded “Weekend Trading,” gives FxPro clients access to five dedicated instruments through the FxPro Standard MT5 account: GOLD365, SILVER365, WTI365 (crude oil), NAT.GAS365 (natural gas) and NDX365 (Nasdaq). The “365” naming reflects the round-the-clock philosophy behind the launch, extending coverage into hours when most conventional markets are shut.

According to FxPro, the move responds to the reality that market-moving events — political announcements, geopolitical developments and sentiment shifts — do not pause simply because Friday’s closing bell has rung. By offering weekend access to gold, silver, oil, gas and a leading US equity index, the broker aims to give traders greater flexibility to react in real time rather than waiting for Monday’s open.

Weekend Trading runs from Friday evening through Sunday evening GMT, with clients able to open an unlimited number of positions during that window. When the underlying market reopens for the new week, any open weekend positions are automatically rolled into the corresponding standard weekday instrument, ensuring continuity without manual intervention.

The new instruments are accessible via the MetaTrader 5 platform suite as well as the FxPro mobile app, allowing traders to monitor and manage weekend exposure from any device.

The launch adds to a string of recent platform enhancements from FxPro, following moves earlier this year to eliminate spreads on crypto and index CFDs and to extend trading hours on a range of US stocks, as the broker continues to broaden round-the-clock access to global markets for its client base.
