Spotware turns liquidity provider as cFinancial debuts in Dubai | LeapRate

Spotware Systems is becoming a liquidity provider in its own right. The cTrader vendor will debut cFinancial, an institutional liquidity arm, at Forex Expo Dubai 2026 on 22 and 23 September, giving it a three-part stack of platform, bridge and liquidity sold by a single supplier.

The launch changes Spotware’s commercial position with its own client base. Brokers and prop firms already offering cTrader to their clients and managing LPs with cBridge can now source pricing from the same vendor; that removes a procurement step, and it concentrates more of the trading chain in one relationship. Spotware is treating the concentration as the pitch rather than the risk, and has built its stand at Booth 136, Dubai World Trade Centre, around the three products in sequence.

cFinancial: the platform vendor moves up the chain

cFinancial provides liquidity across FX, metals, indices, energy and crypto, with pricing aggregated from multiple sources and monitored continuously to hold quote quality. Spotware says connectivity is not tied to a specific bridge, and that pricing is built to stay steady through volatility spikes.

The bridge-agnostic point is the commercially significant one. It keeps cFinancial sellable to brokers running someone else’s bridge, and it stops the liquidity launch from reading as a lock-in play against cBridge’s existing integrations. The team will be at the show to work through firms’ current liquidity arrangements and where cFinancial would sit in them.

cTrader Leads turns a platform licence into a client pipeline

cTrader now carries more than 12 million traders across 300-plus clients, on the company’s own figures. The sharper commercial move is cTrader Leads, which gives brokers exposure to that trader community at no extra cost and effectively turns Spotware’s own footprint into an acquisition channel for its licensees.

That reframes what brokers are buying. A platform licence has historically been an execution and interface cost; leads make it a distribution argument as well, and one that rival platform vendors will need an answer to.

Spotware is also pushing cTrader Store as a revenue line, with subscriptions for cBots, indicators and plugins, alongside branded plugins that let brokers distribute their own tools through the Store under their own name.

AI access moves from analysis into order entry

The newest cTrader features carry the widest implications. MCP servers for trading let traders connect mainstream AI applications to cTrader for trading operations, account checks, market analysis and workspace management through natural-language prompts. cTrader CLI extends the same idea to the command line, covering trading, account management and algo trading from the terminal.

cBridge adds markout reporting to the routing decision

cBridge, Spotware’s standalone fixed-price bridge, connects major trading platforms to multiple liquidity providers with centralised control over aggregation, routing, exposure and execution. Monthly pricing is flat and independent of trading volume, and the modular architecture lets brokers expand a setup without interrupting live trading.

The addition at Dubai is Markout Report, which combines execution records with raw tick data to flag potentially toxic flow at account level and quantify what it is costing. Markout analysis is routine on institutional desks; packaging it at account level for retail-facing brokers points it straight at A-book and B-book routing calls, which is where the money in that decision sits.

At the show

Spotware is offering visitors a bundled cTrader, cBridge and cFinancial package aimed at firms building or expanding trading infrastructure, whether that means launching a brokerage or prop firm, adding a platform, reworking a liquidity setup or looking for new client acquisition routes.

CEO Ilia Iarovitcyn will be available across both days for 1:1 VIP meetings; reserve your slot in advance.
