‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 35 Cast Revealed: Inside Their Palatial Pads
The ballroom is about to get a serious dose of star power.
“Dancing With the Stars” has officially unveiled the 16 celebrities who will battle it out for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy during the show’s upcoming 35th season—and this year’s lineup includes everyone from Hollywood veterans to reality TV favorites and an Olympic gold medalist.
Among the famous faces preparing to put on their dancing shoes are “Save the Last Dance” star Julia Stiles, “Step Up” actress Jenna Dewan, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis, “The Bachelorette” alum Tyler Cameron, “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” star Tatyana Ali, and “Glee” actor Harry Shum Jr.
They’ll be joined by “Summer House” star Ciara Miller, “The Traitors” personality Maura Higgins, Hanson singer Taylor Hanson, figure skater Amber Glenn, Paralympian Ezra Frech, Savannah Bananas star Jackson Olson, “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” personality Conner Leavitt, influencer Connor Wood, model and reality star Sarah Jane Nader, and “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” personality Guillermo Rodriguez.
The cast was officially unveiled on “Good Morning America” on Sept. 2, less than two weeks before the competition returns with a two-night premiere on Sept. 15 and 16.
But while the stars will spend countless hours rehearsing their sambas, salsas, and foxtrots in hopes of taking home the top prize, several of the contestants have some pretty impressive properties to retreat to when they’re not on the dance floor.
From sprawling family homes to luxurious celebrity retreats—and, in Cameron’s case, an entire career built around transforming properties—the Season 35 cast boasts plenty of real estate credentials away from the ballroom.
Here, Realtor.com takes a look inside the homes and property portfolios of some of the biggest names competing for the Mirrorball Trophy this season.
Tyler Cameron
When Cameron isn’t practicing his moves with pro partner Sharna Burgess, the “Bachelorette” alum has a very personal real estate project to retreat to: his extensively renovated home in Jupiter, FL.
The 33-year-old, who was officially unveiled as a “Dancing With the Stars” Season 35 contestant on Sept. 2, has spent years transforming the property alongside his fiancée, Tate Madden, even admitting that his approach to the renovation didn’t exactly follow the advice he would give to others.
In 2025, the couple enlisted HGTV star Galey Alix to put the finishing touches on the dwelling, with the designer taking just 72 hours to completely overhaul several previously dated and empty spaces.
Among them was Cameron’s upstairs work loft, where Alix ripped out the carpet before adding dark gray textured walls, wood flooring, custom black shelving, weathered-looking light fixtures, and a large glass table.
Another previously empty room was transformed into a chic lounge complete with a large couch, marble coffee table, wood flooring, and custom shelving.
The project served as the final chapter in Cameron’s own extensive renovation of the home—and was particularly fitting given his growing career in real estate.
The reality star runs his own construction company, Image 1 Construction, and previously showcased his renovation skills on his series “Going Home With Tyler Cameron,” which saw him return to his hometown of Jupiter to overhaul properties for local residents, as well as his late mother’s home.
In 2025, Cameron expanded his real estate résumé even further when he joined Ryan Serhant‘s brokerage, working out of its Jupiter office while continuing to run his construction and investment businesses.
“I always knew I’d be in real estate one way or the other,” Cameron previously told Realtor.com. “This field feels the most natural to me.”
Earlier this year, he took another major step in that career when he landed the listing for Ancora, a new development of 24 luxury waterfront townhomes on Hutchinson Island, roughly 35 miles north of his Jupiter home.
“This is probably the biggest step I’ve had in my real estate career and the biggest project I’ve ever been a part of,” Cameron told Realtor.com at the time.
Jenna Dewan
Dewan will have a particularly fitting place to rest her feet after long days in the ballroom: the sprawling $4.7 million Los Angeles home she shares with her fiancé, Steve Kazee, and their family.
The “Step Up” star purchased the modern Encino property in 2021, paying $4.7 million for the 7,240-square-foot residence, which was built just three years earlier.
The six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom abode offers plenty of room for Dewan’s family and was designed with California‘s indoor-outdoor lifestyle in mind, boasting expansive glass doors that open the interiors to the backyard, along with oak flooring and smart-home technology.
Dewan later opened the doors to the property, revealing that finding a permanent family home had been particularly meaningful after several years of moving around.
“I was really looking for a home base,” she said of her search for the property, adding that its ample space for her children and expansive backyard helped seal the deal.
Inside, the modern farmhouse blends Dewan and Kazee’s contrasting design tastes, pairing sleek contemporary elements with warmer and more personal touches.
The kitchen flows into a spacious family room overlooking the backyard through floor-to-ceiling windows, while the living room is anchored by a marble fireplace and Dewan’s grandparents’ grand piano.
A green velvet sofa that the actress brought with her from a previous home adds a splash of color to the otherwise polished space.
The outdoor space is equally family-friendly, complete with a swimming pool and a children’s play area, while Dewan also carved out a private office that she has described as her place to decompress and work away from the rest of the household.
The property marked a fresh real estate chapter for Dewan following her split from her ex-husband, Channing Tatum.
The former couple purchased a six-bedroom Beverly Hills estate for $6 million in 2015 and later sold it for $5.925 million in 2021, three years after announcing their separation.
Their former 4,853-square-foot residence came with its own Hollywood pedigree: The 1950 property was once owned by late “Star Wars” actress Carrie Fisher and featured a pool, elevated spa, expansive lawns, an artist’s studio, and multiple outdoor entertaining areas.
By then, however, Dewan had already embarked on a new chapter in Encino—settling into the property she described as the family’s long-awaited “home base.”
Ezra Frech
When Frech needs to recover from his “Dancing With the Stars” rehearsals, the Paralympic gold medalist can retreat to his family’s home in one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive enclaves.
The 21-year-old grew up in Bel Air, where his parents, Bahar Soomekh and Clayton Frech, own a four-bedroom property tucked away in the hills above Los Angeles.
Built in 1963, the single-family residence spans 2,705 square feet and sits on a sprawling 1.2-acre lot, as per property records.
The home has been in the Frech family for years, providing a longtime home base for the athlete as he went from a sports-loving child to one of the world’s most accomplished Paralympics.
And its Los Angeles location should prove particularly convenient as Frech swaps the track for the ballroom and competes for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy along side his pro partner, Daniella Karagach.
While the property is currently off the market, its coveted Bel Air address puts Frech’s family home amid one of the most famously luxurious residential communities in the country—a fitting retreat after hours spent perfecting his moves on the dance floor.
Julia Stiles
While Stiles is trading the screen for the ballroom, the New York native has long remained closely tied to the city where she grew up.
The “10 Things I Hate About You” star was raised in Manhattan and began performing at a young age before enrolling at Columbia University—even as her Hollywood career was taking off. Stiles has said that attending college offered her a way to step away from the intense attention that accompanied her early fame.
Her ties to the Big Apple have continued into adulthood. In 2004, Stiles reportedly paid $1.995 million for a three-bedroom duplex overlooking Stuyvesant Square, ultimately selling the roughly 2,081-square-foot property for $2.7 million a decade later.
Around the time of that sale, the actress revealed that she had downsized to a one-bedroom apartment in the East Village, explaining that she had gotten rid of furniture and other belongings as part of her move toward a simpler lifestyle.
Now, Stiles resides in a multi-level Brooklyn abode, which she shares three children with her husband, Preston J. Cook, and her New York base could actually prove to be one of the biggest obstacles standing between her and the “Dancing With the Stars” ballroom.
The actress previously revealed that she has discussed appearing on the competition series, but noted that filming on the West Coast presents a logistical hurdle because she lives in New York.
Sarah Jane Nader
Nader won’t have to look far for “Dancing With the Stars” advice—having watched her older sister, Brooks Nader, compete on the show in 2024.
The model and reality star lives in New York City with Brooks and their two other sisters, Mary Holland and Grace Ann, with the foursome sharing a home in SoHo.
Their current living arrangement is something of a full-circle moment for the siblings, who grew up together in a modest two-bedroom home in Louisiana before eventually making their way to the Big Apple.
“We’re all living in Soho. It’s honestly a dream come true,” Brooks previously said of the setup, noting that sharing a home again reminds the sisters of their childhood, when they also shared rooms.
Sarah Jane has since carved out a career of her own in New York, working as a model, content creator and philanthropist. She began modeling in 2021 and is now represented by Freedom Models.
The sisters’ shared New York home has also become a backdrop for their reality TV careers, with their lives under one roof documented on “Love Thy Nader.”
