BofA’s Level 2 HQLAs triple in Q2
Bank of America more than tripled its Level 2A high-quality liquid assets (HQLAs) in the second quarter, lifting their share of its liquidity buffer to a three-year high.
Level 2A assets – HQLAs that are deemed slightly less liquid and thus are subject to a 15% haircut – stood at $57.5 billion, compared to $15.4 billion three months earlier.
