NALCO Dividend: Shares of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) will remain in focus next week ahead of its dividend record date. The Navratna PSU had announced a 20% dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
NALCO share price closed 2.49% higher at Rs 395 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 72,546.96 crore on BSE on Friday. The metal stock had hit an intraday high of Rs 397.40 per share and an intraday low of Rs 385 per share.

NALCO Dividend Details
The company’s board of directors had approved a 20% dividend for FY26. “The Board of Directors have recommended final dividend of Re.1.00/- per share (20% on face value of Rs.5/- each) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM),” stated the firm in its BSE filing released earlier.
The final dividend will be paid within thirty days from the date of declaration if it is approved by the AGM.
Apart from the recently announced dividend, the NALCO board has approved the first interim dividend of Rs 4 per share, the second interim dividend of Rs 4.5 per share, and the third interim dividend of Rs 2 per share.
Dividend Record Date
The company has fixed Monday, August 24 as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders. Investors must own the stock before the record date to become eligible for payout.
“The Record Date for declaration of final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 has been fixed as Monday, the 24th August, 2026,” added the firm in its BSE filing.
NALCO Share Price Trend
The company’s scrip closed higher on Friday. The stock rallied nearly 5% in week and 15% in three months. Its share price value has 2.79% in three months. Over the last one year, the stock has delivered 106.27% of return.
The company had reported a 16.3% jump in its net profit to Rs 2,003 crore from Rs 1,722 crore reported in the previous quarter. The company’s revenue surged by 5.8% to Rs 5,302 crore. NALCO’s EBITDA surged by 15.2% to Rs 2,708 crore.
