Zimmet Law Group Signs 10-Year Lease for 515 Madison Ave.
GFP Real Estate announced that Zimmet Law Group P.C. has signed a new office lease for 5,476 square feet at 515 Madison Ave. in Manhattan’s Plaza District. Zimmet Law Group will occupy Suite 603 on the sixth floor of the building under a new 10-year lease, relocating its Manhattan office from 477 Madison Ave. The firm is expected to take occupancy following completion of its new space later this year.
Martin McGrath and Kephra Stone of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord in-house. Elliot Zelinger of Savitt Partners represented Zimmet Law Group.
