The company’s board of directors meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 26, in Hyderabad to consider the bonus issue, final dividend, and record date for these corporate actions. The board will also fix the date, time and venue for convening the 42nd AGM of the Company.
The “proposal of issuance of fully paid bonus equity shares to the Existing Equity shareholders of the Company” and to “recommend Final Dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026,” will be among the key agenda items for the board scheduled to meet next week.

The company reported a net profit of Rs 10.03 crore in Q4FY26. Its net revenue stood at Rs 45.52 crore in the June quarter. Its net profit and revenue came in at 3.22 crore and Rs 40.18 crore in the March quarter.
