Ashish Kacholia-backed small-cap stock, Adcounty Media India Limited, will remain in focus next week, after the company announced first-quarter results for the financial year 2026-27 and a leadership reshuffle. The company had reported a 25% year-on-year jump in its Q1FY27 profit to Rs 514 lakh.

Adcounty Media Limited stock closed 2.96% lower at Rs 80.75 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 181.70 crore on Friday, August 15. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 84.37 per share and an intraday low of Rs 78.00 per share.

Adcounty Media Q1 Result

The company’s net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 514 lakh in Q1FY27, which is 25% higher than Rs 409 lakh reported in Q1FY26. The firm had reported a net profit of Rs 656 lakh on the March quarter. The company’s net revenue from operations stood at Rs 25 crore in Q1FY27 against Rs 17 crore in the year-ago period. The firm’s net revenue from operations stood at Rs 31.36 crore in the March quarter of FY26.

Adcounty Media’s earnings per share stood at Rs 2.28 in Q1FY 27 against Rs 2.48 per share in Q1FY26.The company’s net sales for the quarter ending March 2026 stand at Rs 31.37 crore, which is an increase of 38.32% over Rs 22.68 crore reported in March 2025. Its net profit in the March quarter stood at Rs. 6.56 crore, higher by 65.61% than the Rs. 3.96 crore recorded in the March 2025 quarter.

Its operating profitability also improved during the March quarter. EBITDA for March 2026 stood at Rs. 9.13 crore, up 66% from Rs. 5.50 crore in March 2025, showing stronger earnings from operations. Total income from operations for March 2026 is Rs. 31.37 crore, against Rs. 21.00 crore in the quarter ended December 2025.

Adcounty Media Leadership Reshuffle

AdCounty Media India Ltd. has appointed Tarun Kumar as Director – Human Resources, placing him in charge of the company’s people strategy at a time when digital media and advertising businesses are competing more aggressively for specialised talent. The appointment is expected to support the company’s growth plans as it continues to expand its presence across global markets.

In his new role, Kumar will lead talent development, organisational effectiveness, culture-building programmes and broader HR transformation initiatives.
