Penny Stock Alert: Shares of NHC Foods Limited rallied over the last two trading sessions after reporting a strong set of numbers in the first quarter of financial year 2026-27. The agricultural products exporter’s net revenue increased by a whopping 234.54% on a year-on-year basis to Rs 369.69 crore in Q1 FY27.

NHC Foods share price closed 4.41% higher at Rs 1.42 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 108.19 crore on Friday. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 1.42 per share and an intraday low of Rs 1.40 per share.

NHC Foods Q1 Result

The company reported a net profit of Rs 16.99 crore in Q1FY27, which is 919.81% higher than Rs 1.67 crore reported in the first quarter of financial year 2026-27. The company registered a growth of 512.43% on an annual basis in its revenue to Rs 21.29 crore against Rs 3.48 crore in Q1FY26.

Its EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation) stood at Rs 21.29 crore during the quarter under review, against Rs 3.48 crore in the same quarter in the previous financial year. The company’s earnings per share stood at Rs 0.6 in Q1FY27 against Rs 0.03 per share.

NHC Foods Share Price Trend

The company scrip ended higher after touching upper circuit over the last two trading sessions. The stock touched its 52-week high mark on Friday. It dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 0.59 per share on March 30, 2026. Its return on equity (ROE) stood at 26.12%. Its share price value has surged 30% in one month and around 59% in 2026 so far.

NHC Foods Business Update

Back in April 2026, NHC Foods’ international subsidiary, NHC International LL C-FZ, has invested and acquired 100% of the paid-up share capital of Conquer Enterprises Limited.

“We would like to inform you that NHC INTERNATIONAL L.L.C-FZ, (Dubai, U.A.E.) a foreign subsidiary company of NHC Foods Limited has invested and acquired 100% of the paid-up share capital of Conquer Enterprises Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Hong Kong w.e.f. March 11, 2026,” read a BSE filing shared by NHC Foods on Monday, April 20.

The strategic investment would enable the company to venture into new avenues and accelerate existing business growth. “NHC INTERNATIONAL L.L.C-FZ, has Acquired 1 Ordinary share from the existing shareholder at 1 HK$ and invested in 999,999 Ordinary Share at 1 HK$ each as fresh allotment,” as per the BSE filing.

This fresh allotment gave the subsidiary full ownership of Conquer Enterprises Limited. NHC Foods said the acquisition is aimed at improving its global trading capabilities, broadening its product range, and deepening its presence in important international markets across metals, steel, and agro commodities.
