Fashion Brand Veronica Beard Expands Headquarters Space
Fashion brand Veronica Beard has renewed and expanded its headquarters lease at 26 W. 17th St. in Manhattan to approximately 60,000 square feet, growing its footprint by 15,000 square feet. It now will occupy the entire second, third, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth floors.
The CBRE team of David Stockel and Taylor Walker led the leasing campaign and represented ownership, The Winter Organization, in lease negotiations. TJ Hochanadel and Rob Martin of JLL represented Veronica Beard.
